Anniversary Voices - featuring 16 young people performing original songs and dance productions as well as traditional and contemporary medleys in a variety-musical show themed around America's 400th. Multiple performances daily: Opening Day: 12:30 pm, 2:45 pm, 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm

Children's Performance: Ba-Baaah and the Windigo - an original children’s show telling the story of 1607 from the perspective of a young Indian girl and some of the indigenous animals present when the ships first arrived.

The Welcome mat is out in "Anniversary Village," with interactive experiences displays and a glimpse of the best of Virginia's hospitality!
Interactive Exhibits
“American People, American Progress Exhibit,” - a gallery-in-the-round, takes visitors on a journey through 400 years of contributions made by the European, American Indian and African-American cultures that first converged at Jamestown in the early 1600s.
"Sign Up for the Voyage to the New World," - a 3-minute virtual sail with music, narration, film and the feeling of motion while seated inside a closed simulator.
"Jamestown & NASA: Exploring the Past, Discovering the Future, Understanding the Journey," - interactive displays and hands-on educational activities compare the voyage of 1607 to explorations of the moon, Mars and beyond.

Board Godspeed and tour the historic 17th-century replica ship that will be docked at the pier. "Godspeed Talking Ship," this historical "soundscape" will transport you back in time with the sounds of ships' bells, captains orders and water lapping as well as interactive activities and demonstrations.
After boarding the ship try out the "The Jamestown Experience" to get a feel for life at sea and at early Jamestown through interactive displays and hands-on activities. Be sure to bring your National Park Service passport to receive the limited edition Godspeed Sail cancellation stamp.
Kids of all ages can leave their mark on history by helping create "America's Heritage Flag," a crafts area where children and the young at heart design panels that will become part of a huge American flag to be displayed during America's 400th Anniversary Weekend in Jamestown.

10:30 am – 1:00 pm Caribbean Cruisers Steel Drum (Various times – Pier 16) Arthur Lipner’s marimba adds a touch of virtuosity and class to the native instrument of Trinidad, steel drum. Selections include traditional island music including calypsos, socas and popular music of the United States.
10:45 am -3:00 pm Colonial Williamsburg Fifes & Drums (Roaming Pier 16 & Burling Slip; Stage performance 1:40) The Colonial Williamsburg Fifes and Drums appear in more than 700 performances each year. Colonial Williamsburg is justifiably proud of each of these truly remarkable young Americans who have come to symbolize what is best about our community, our history, and our museum
1:10-1:40 & 3:25-3:55 pm Thunderbird Dancers The Thunderbird troupe originated in Brooklyn in 1963. Originally called the Little Eagles and trained by a Lakota dancer from Pine Ridge, it evolved into the dance company, which hosts an annual summer pow wow and classes in traditional crafts. The troupe has toured in Japan and Israel and hopes to travel to Germany and someday to China. 6:00-7:00 pm Jen Chapin Jen Chapin is a New York-based singer-songwriter on the rise. Her 2004 Hybrid Recordings release, Linger, earned her highest praise from sources as diverse as National Public Radio's All Things Considered, People, The Today Show, and Entertainment Weekly. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel lauded Linger as being "smart, observant, lyrically deft, politically aware and emotionally intuitive" while The Boston Globe called it simply: "addictive.”

Originally from England she now resides in Provincetown, Cape Cod and has been winning songwriting competitions at festivals all over the U.S including the Colorado Rocky Mountain Troubadour, Kerrville, TX Festival, New Folk award and Falconridge Festival (NY) Audience Choice Award.

The sheer power of the drumming and the explosive energy of the dancers combined with innovative choreography, original costumes, and racial diversity puts Magbana in a class by itself.
3:25-3:55 & 5:25-5:55 pm Louise Setara This young singer with Irish-Brazilian and English roots has already attracted some major support in making what is shaping up to be very strong debut album, Still Waters, which will be released this fall. Louise is a captivating live performer, and at the age of 16 became the youngest ever headliner to sell out London’s legendary venue, Ronnie Scott’s.
7:00-8:00 pm Mutlu Fans outside his hometown of Philadelphia and music industry professionals got a taste of Mutlu’s music during his well-received stint with Amos Lee on Lee’s North American and UK tours. His performances ultimately caught the attention of Manhattan Records, which lead to the release of his first CD produced by Amos Lee. Mutlu’s music is a clever blend of soul, reggae, hip-hop, and Brazilian jazz deriving inspiration from Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, Bob Marley, and Antonio Carlos Jobim.

Silver Cloud has been honored to perform at the commemoration ceremonies for the Year of the Indigenous Peoples at the United Nations, the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian, The Public Theater, The Apollo, Roseland, and many other New York venues.
7:00-8:00 pm Finale Show - Iguazu Iguazu is a Latin styled jazz band with strong roots in R&B and rock. Their music incorporates Afro-Cuban and Brazilian rhythms into its eclectic sound. Influences that have shaped the musical life of each individual band member have blended to create an exciting and unique approach to their music.
